Privacy Policy

GoDev Engineering Services ("GoDev," "we," "us") operates godev.com.ph, including the GoDev.AI and GoDev.Solar quote tools, contact forms, and the Gody chat assistant. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We only collect information you choose to give us, through the forms on this site:

• Get a Quote (GoDev.Solar): your name, email, phone number, property address, the location you pin on the map, your average monthly electricity bill, and the system options you choose (array size, battery, net metering).
• Get a Quote (GoDev.AI): your name, email, phone number, company (optional), address (optional), and your answers to the project questionnaire.
• Contact forms: your name, email, company (optional), the division you're interested in, and the message you write.
• Gody chat assistant: the messages you type into the chat widget, if it's enabled, so we can generate a helpful response.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not use analytics cookies to profile visitors.

• To calculate and generate your quote or proposal PDF.
• To notify our team by email so we can follow up with you directly.
• To keep a record of your submission so we can respond to it and answer questions later.
• To respond to messages sent through a contact form.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond what's listed here.

We don't sell or rent your information to third parties. A few service providers process it on our behalf, strictly to run this site:

• Resend — delivers the email notification when you submit a quote or contact form.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Neon — hosts the database where submissions are stored.
• Anthropic — powers the Gody chat assistant, if enabled, by generating responses to what you type.
• Address search & map (Photon / OpenStreetMap / Esri) — when you search for or view your address on the map in the Solar quote tool, that request goes directly from your browser to these free, independent map services, not through GoDev's servers.

We keep submitted quote and contact information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and for our own business records. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we'll remove it.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request that we delete it. To do any of this, email us at info@godev.com.ph.

If how we handle your information changes, we'll update this page. Significant changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to info@godev.com.ph, or in writing to GoDev Engineering Services, Unit 1015, 10th Floor, Parkway Corporate Center, Corporate Avenue corner Parkway Place, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa.
